These rules are in place so you can get compensation, assistance, or refunds when things go wrong.
The thing is that not many people are aware of their actual rights in Europe and don’t know how to file their claim, or if they even have a leg to stand on for that matter. This is why it’s very important for you to understand the rules and get rid of any unnecessary hassle in case you experience flight disruptions.
