MYFLYRIGHT supports passengers in enforcing their claims in the event of the following disruptions:
a. Flight delay
b. Flight cancellation
c. Flight overbooking
d. Care costs for delays of 2 hours or more, consisting of:
I. Meals and refreshments appropriate to the waiting time
II. Hotel accommodation if a stay of one or more nights is necessary
III. Transportation between the airport and the place of accommodation
e. In the event of cancellation, denied boarding, or missed connecting flight,
I. Enforcement of the ticket price, or
II. Enforcement of the costs for the alternative transportation
f. Baggage delay and loss
g. Partial reimbursement of taxes and fees in the event of a flight cancellation (cancelled by customer)
MYFLYRIGHT offers – as shown in the overview below – in addition to the classic variant of Immediate payout.
Immediate payout
Available for delayed and cancelled flights and ticket refunds
- Guaranteed immediate payout.
- Payout within 24 hours after receiving all relevant documents (e.g. booking confirmation / pass, etc.).
- MYFLYRIGHT covers all the expenses (e.g. lawyer and court costs, etc.) and default risk (e.g. bankruptcy).
- Service charge for flight delays and cancellations: 35% plus VAT.
- Service charge for ticket refunds: Individual offer.
Claim enforcement
Available for delayed and cancelled flights, denied boarding and luggage issues
- Classic variant where we transfer your compensation after successful enforcement of your claim.
- The processing takes between 4 to 10 weeks on average.
- At no point in time will you bear any costs. MYFLYRIGHT covers all the expenses (e.g. lawyer and court costs, etc.).
- Service charge: 25% plus VAT (only in case of success).
MYFLYRIGHT offers the option Immediate Payout in selected cases. Payout within 24 hours after receiving all relevant documents (e.g., booking confirmation, boarding pass for alternative transportation, etc.). You assign your claims, including any ancillary claims, to us. The service fee is 35 % plus VAT and will be deducted from the expected claim.

If you have not selected that you do not wish to receive the option Immediate Payout or in the case of ticket cancellation by you, only the option Immediate Payout is offered, we can decide by way of a right to determine performance to which we are entitled (§ 315 BGB), whether we will offer the option Immediate Payout or enforce the claim for you by way of debt collection. We will inform you of this when we accept your order.
With the classic variant of Claim enforcement, MYFLYRIGHT only charges a commission if your claims are enforced.
If the enforcement of your claims is not successful, you will not incur any costs at any time.
With the classic variant of Claim enforcement, the commission is 25 % plus VAT. If we have to engage our external lawyers, we charge a surcharge of 10 % plus VAT.

Our payment to you will be made by bank transfer to your designated bank account at a bank within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) or by PayPal. In the event that you do not have a SEPA account, any fees incurred for the transfer or payment will be borne by you. The same applies to any costs incurred in connection with the use of PayPal.
