In case you are travelling with pets, or if there are special on-board requirements which you demand, make sure to check in at the airline check-in counter in the airport of departure.
Air Europa online check-in
Online check-in starts from 48 hours (24 hours for US flights) ahead of scheduled departure and enables passengers to choose a seat and print their boarding pass or get it on their mobile phone (check the possibility of mobile check-in in the airport of departure). To process online check-in for your upcoming flight with Air Europa, please go here.
Air Europa: Check-in online with your mobile
For further convenience, you have the possibility to choose to download your mobile boarding pass, making it possible to check in whenever you like. Remember to check the possibility of mobile check-in in the airport you are departing from.
In the event there are any difficulties with your mobile boarding pass, you may pick up a conventional paper boarding pass from a check-in machine (when available in the departure airport) or from the airline check-in counter in the airport. This also applies in the event your phone has difficulties, or your boarding pass is deleted.
Air Europa flight check-in machines
These are the free-standing computer screens for use in airports for checking yourself in. You should make sure of the availability of check-in machines prior to arrival at the airport you are departing from. You have the possibility to check in for your flight with your passport or by entering your last name and your flight booking reference (this is on your booking confirmation), with most check-in machines.
Air Europa check-in time: Deadlines
Check-in deadlines exist so that flights leave punctually. Be sure you have your boarding pass and have checked in any baggage before the deadline, whether you checked in on your mobile device, at the check-in desk, or at a check-in machine.
