British Airways claim for baggage issues

It is necessary to report damaged or delayed baggage at once, either to the British Airways baggage tracing counter or the British Airways service desk. Save all documents relating to your flight, most importantly your boarding pass and baggage claim tag.

Travelling with children on BA flights

Children aged two (2) and above need to have a separate seat booked.

Carrycots – possible to reserve for long-haul flights only, only for babies below 13 kg. Please note that booking must be made for carrycots in advance. A booking fee for the carrycot seat may be required.

Travelling with pets on British Airways flights

You can travel with pets, with an additional charge as additional carry-on baggage or for transport in the cargo hold area – this is, however, subject to the weight and scale of the animal, and also country and other airline rules.
