With Bulgarian Air Charter, you may check in from 2 hours before the flight and check in ends 40 minutes before take-off. Passengers must have valid travel documents and ID ready to present at check-in.

Delayed / damaged baggage

Damaged or delayed baggage needs to be declared right away at the baggage tracing desk in the airport. It is crucial to save all flight documents, especially your boarding pass and baggage claim tag.

Written confirmation is always required, and a claim reference number. Make sure you have this until the delivery of your baggage or claim resolution.
