To find out about compensation claims for damaged baggage, or delayed baggage finding, click here.

Delayed / damaged baggage on an Edelweiss flight

Damaged or delayed baggage has to be declared straight away at the Edelweiss Air baggage tracing counter or the airline's service desk. Every flight document must be kept, above all your baggage claim tag and boarding pass.
