Delayed / damaged baggage on an Edelweiss flight

Damaged or delayed baggage has to be declared straight away at the Edelweiss Air baggage tracing counter or the airline's service desk. Every flight document must be kept, above all your baggage claim tag and boarding pass.

Written confirmation is always a requirement, and a claim reference number. Until the delivery of your baggage, or your claim is resolved, it is important to keep these documents.

Carrycots – reservation available for long-haul flights for Economy and Business Class and on short- and medium-haul flights for Business Class only, limited to babies below 11 kg and below 70 cm in length.
