Flybe mobile check-in
For further convenience, you may choose to download your mobile boarding pass, making it possible to check in anytime you like. You can check in, reserve your seat, and receive your mobile boarding pass 36 hours prior to the flight departure, all using your smartphone or tablet. Before your flight, be sure to check whether mobile check-in is possible in the airport you are departing from.
In case there are any problems with your mobile boarding pass, you are able to pick up a regular paper boarding pass from a check-in machine (when available in the departure airport) or from the airline check-in desk in the airport. This additionally applies in the event your phone has issues, or your boarding pass is deleted.
Flybe flight check-in machine
These are the machines which enable you to check in yourself at the airport. Not all airports have self-check-in machines, so make sure that your departure airport does before your journey. You can typically check in at the machine either with your passport, or by typing your last name and booking reference, which is in your booking confirmation.
Check-in times & deadlines
Check-in deadlines are established so that flights take off punctually. Before the deadline you must have your boarding pass, regardless of how you checked in – in person, online, via your mobile phone, or if you were automatically checked in – and baggage must also have been checked in.

Flybe carry-on baggage
Flybe's carry-on baggage allowance is determined by the flight ticket's travel class.
Carry-on baggage must meet airline regulations.
If it happens that your baggage does not comply with Flybe's carry-on regulations, you should check it in at the airline desk or, if available, at a self-service bag drop kiosk. Please note that you might be required to pay charges if it happens that you have to check this baggage.

Flybe luggage problems
Damaged baggage, or baggage not arriving at the destination, is a consequence of a variety of reasons. Problems with your baggage can be because of technical issues in the baggage handling area, poor weather conditions, or the baggage tag falling off your luggage.

Flybe delayed baggage / damaged baggage
You should report damaged or delayed baggage immediately, either to the Flybe baggage tracing desk or the Flybe service counter. Keep hold of all documents pertaining to your flight, in particular your boarding pass and baggage claim tag.
It is a requirement to supply written confirmation and your claim reference number. Make sure you have this until you receive your baggage or claim resolution.

Flybe airline travel classes
The standard of onboard accommodation is set out by the travel class. Different airlines offer passengers varying levels of travel classes. Children aged two (2) and above need to have a separate seat booking.
