Iberia check-in
It is possible to check in with Iberia Airlines in a variety of ways, online, on your mobile phone or tablet, or in the airport with a self-check-in machine or at the airline check-in desk.
When you demand particular on-board services or are flying with pets, you must check in right at the check-in desk in the departure airport.
Iberia online check-in
Online check-in opens from 24 hours ahead of departure and enables passengers to pick a seat and print their boarding pass or have it sent to their mobile phone (check the possibility of mobile check-in in the airport you are departing from).
Mobile check-in Iberia
You may simply check in and download the mobile boarding pass to your smartphone or tablet wherever you happen to be. From 24 hours and up to 1 hour prior to departure, you can check in, choose your seat, and receive your boarding pass on your mobile device. Mobile check-in is not available in all airports, so it is important to check this when getting ready for your trip.
If you have difficulty with your mobile boarding pass, you can visit the airline check-in counter or a check-in machine (if available) for a regular paper one. If you are having troubles with your phone, or have inadvertently deleted your boarding pass, the above additionally applies.
Iberia Airlines check-in machine
These machines allow you to check yourself in at the airport. Find out if check-in machines are available in the airport you are departing from before your journey. Almost all check-in machines allow you to check in with either your passport or your last name and booking reference, which you will find on your booking confirmation.
