The quantity of items of carry-on baggage permitted on LOT Polish Airlines flights is dependent on the travel class of the flight ticket.

Travelling with children on LOT Polish Airlines
Children who are aged two (2) and above must have separate seats.
According to the country, particular regulations may need to be adhered to for children under a certain age who are coming into or leaving the country, whether they are travelling alone, or with an adult, regardless if that adult is the parent or not.

Travelling with pets on LOT flights
Travelling with pets with LOT Polish Airlines is allowed. Requires reservation no later than 24 hours before departure.
As long as the weight, scale, together with country and other airline regulations are complied with, you can travel with your pet with an extra fee either as additional carry-on baggage or it can be transported inside the cargo hold area of the plane.
