Lufthansa mobile check-in

Lufthansa carry-on baggage
Your flight ticket travel class influences the carry-on baggage allowance when flying with Lufthansa.

Delayed / damaged baggage claim
A statement must be made straight away to the Lufthansa baggage tracing desk or service counter when your baggage is damaged or is delayed at the arrival airport. Every flight document should be kept, most importantly your baggage claim tag and boarding pass.
You must always supply the reference number for your claim and confirmation in writing. Make sure you have this until your baggage is delivered or your claim is settled.

Children who are aged two (2) and above must have individual seats.

Lufthansa pet policy
Travelling with pets with Lufthansa is allowed. Requires registration and confirmation from the airline no later than 24 hours before departure.
In the event that the weight, size, as well as country and other airline rules are met, you are permitted to travel with your pet with an additional fee either as additional carry-on baggage or it can be transported within the cargo hold of the airplane.
