Norwegian Air check-in

You can check into Norwegian Air International flights online, on your mobile device, or at the airport either by using a check-in machine or directly at the check-in counter. Be sure to check in at the airline counter at the airport when flying with pets or in case you demand additional services onboard the plane.

Norwegian Air online check-in

Online check-in starts from 24 hours ahead of departure and allows passengers to select a seat and print their boarding pass or receive it on their mobile phone (make sure of the availability of mobile check-in in the airport).

Mobile check-in: Norwegian Air International

You can easily check in and download the mobile boarding pass to your device wherever you may be. Before your trip, remember to check that mobile check-in is available in the airport you are departing from.

In the event you have difficulty with your mobile boarding pass, you can visit the airline check-in counter or a check-in machine (where available) for a conventional paper one. If you are having problems with your phone, or have inadvertently deleted your boarding pass, the above additionally applies.

Norwegian Air check-in machines

These are the machines which enable you to check yourself in at the airport. Check if the departure airport has check-in machines before your trip. The majority of check-in machines provide you with the option of checking in with either your passport or your last name and booking reference, which you will find on your booking confirmation.

Norwegian Air check in time: Deadlines

To keep flights on time, check-in deadlines are a necessity. Be certain you have your boarding pass and have checked in any baggage ahead of the deadline, whether you checked in on your mobile device, at the check-in counter, or at a check-in machine.

Norwegian Air luggage problems

When baggage gets damaged, or fails to get to your destination, it can be a result of a number of variables. The baggage handling area experiencing technical difficulties, poor weather conditions, or the baggage tag coming off, can all result in a number of troubles with your baggage.

Norwegian Air delayed baggage / damaged baggage

It is necessary to report damaged or delayed baggage right away, either to the Norwegian Air International baggage tracing counter or the Norwegian Air International service counter. It is essential to keep hold of all flight documents, above all your boarding pass and baggage claim tag.

Your claim reference number, as well as confirmation in writing, is always necessary. Make sure you have this till baggage receipt or resolution of your claim.

Another method to claim for issues with baggage is to use the services of MYFLYRIGHT, more information can be found here.
