If you have an issue with your mobile boarding pass, you can go to the airline check-in desk or a check-in machine (where available) for a regular paper one. In the event you are experiencing troubles with your phone, or have accidentally deleted your boarding pass, the above also applies.
Aeroflot check-in kiosks
These are the machines which enable you to check in at the airport. Check that check-in machines are available in your airport of departure prior to your flight. You can typically check in at the machine either with your passport, or by inputting your last name and booking reference, which is in your booking confirmation.
