Aeroflot check-in

Aeroflot offers a choice of ways to check in – your mobile phone, online, airport self-check-in machines, or at the check-in counter in the airport. When you demand specific on-board requirements or are flying with pets, you must check in right at the check-in desk in the airport of departure.

Discover additional information about Aeroflot check-in methods here.

Aeroflot online check-in

Passengers are able to check in online from 24 hours ahead of the scheduled departure, choose a seat and print their boarding pass or receive it on their mobile phone (first ensure mobile check-in is possible in the airport). Online check-in for Aeroflot is possible here.

Aeroflot mobile check-in

Mobile check-in makes it possible for you to check in for your flight and download the boarding pass at your leisure. Check-in, seat reservation, and receiving your mobile boarding pass is all possible from 24 hours prior to departure, via your mobile device. Make sure to check the possibility of mobile check-in in the airport of departure.

If you have an issue with your mobile boarding pass, you can go to the airline check-in desk or a check-in machine (where available) for a regular paper one. In the event you are experiencing troubles with your phone, or have accidentally deleted your boarding pass, the above also applies.

Aeroflot check-in kiosks

These are the machines which enable you to check in at the airport. Check that check-in machines are available in your airport of departure prior to your flight. You can typically check in at the machine either with your passport, or by inputting your last name and booking reference, which is in your booking confirmation.

Aeroflot check-in time: Deadlines

In order to keep flights on schedule, check in deadlines are a necessity. You should have checked in baggage and have your boarding pass – whichever way you checked in – ahead of the deadline.
