Air Serbia mobile check in online
Checking in and downloading the boarding pass to your mobile phone is straightforward, fast, and makes it possible for you to get ready for your flight no matter where you are. You are able to check-in, select your seat, and get your mobile boarding pass 48 hours ahead of departure, all with your smartphone or tablet. Mobile check-in is not available in all airports, so it is important to check this when getting ready for your flight.
In case you have difficulty with your mobile boarding pass, you can visit the airline check-in desk or a check-in machine (if available) for a conventional paper one. This also applies if you have any problems with your phone, or in case you delete your boarding pass by mistake.
Air Serbia check-in machines
These are the free-standing computer screens available in airports for checking yourself in. Make sure check-in machines are located in the airport you are departing from ahead of your flight. You can usually check in at the machine either with your passport, or by inputting your last name and booking reference, which is in your booking confirmation.

Check-in deadlines are established so that flights depart according to schedule. Before the deadline you should have your boarding pass, however you checked in – in person, online, using your mobile phone, or if you were automatically checked in – and baggage must also have been checked in.

Air Serbia hand luggage / carry-on baggage
Air Serbia's carry-on baggage allowance is determined by the flight ticket's travel class. Carry-on baggage has to comply with the regulations of the airline.
You are obliged to check your carry-on baggage at an Air Serbia desk or, if possible at the departure airport, by using a self-service bag drop service, when it does not comply with the airline's regulations. Please note that this may incur charges.

Air Serbia delayed baggage / damaged baggage
In the unfortunate event that your baggage is delayed or damaged, this needs to be reported right away to the Air Serbia baggage tracing desk or the Air Serbia service counter at the airport of arrival. It is necessary to save all flight documents, above all your boarding pass and baggage claim tag.
It is essential to provide written confirmation and the reference number for your claim. You need to keep this till the delivery of your baggage or claim resolution.

The level of accommodation on an airplane is indicated by the travel class of the flight ticket. The number of classes provided to the passenger is dependent on the airline.
