S7 Airlines flight check-in methods

S7 Airlines offers a choice of check-in ways – your mobile phone, online, airport self-check-in machines, or at the check-in desk in the airport. When you demand particular on-board services or are flying with pets, be sure to check in directly at the check-in counter in the airport of departure.

Discover more about ways to check in with S7 Airlines here.

S7 online check-in

Online check-in is available from 30 hours before time of departure and enables passengers to choose a seat and print out their boarding pass or get it on their mobile phone (check the possibility of mobile check-in in the airport you are departing from). Online check-in for S7 Airlines is possible here.

Mobile check-in online: S7 flights

You may easily check in and download the mobile boarding pass to your mobile phone wherever you may be. Mobile check-in is not available in all airports, so it is important to check this when preparing for your journey.

In case there are any issues with your mobile boarding pass, you are able to collect a conventional paper boarding pass from a check-in machine (where available in the departure airport) or from the airline check-in counter at the airport. This also applies in the event your phone has troubles, or your boarding pass is deleted.

S7 Airlines check-in machines

These are the free-standing computer screens for use in airports for checking yourself in. Find out if the airport you are departing from has check-in machines before your journey. You can check in for your flight with your passport or by inputting your last name plus your flight booking reference (this is on your booking confirmation), with most check-in machines.

S7 check-in deadlines

The purpose of check-in deadlines is to make sure flights depart on schedule. You should have checked in baggage and have your boarding pass – however you checked in – ahead of the deadline.

S7 luggage problems

Damaged baggage, or baggage not getting to the destination, could be a consequence of several reasons. A lost baggage tag, poor weather, or technical difficulties in the baggage handling area can lead to baggage difficulties.

S7 Airlines: Baggage which is delayed or damaged

A statement should be made right away to the S7 Airlines baggage tracing desk or service desk in the event your baggage is damaged or is delayed at the arrival airport. Each flight document needs to be kept, first and foremost your baggage claim tag and boarding pass.

You have to always give the reference number for your claim and confirmation in writing. You must keep hold of this until the baggage delivery, or your claim is resolved.

You can also claim for baggage problems with MYFLYRIGHT's services, which you can find out more about here.
