Vueling check-in

Vueling offers a choice of check-in ways – your mobile device, online, airport check-in machines, or at the check-in counter in the airport.

Passengers who demand specific services onboard the plane, or who are flying with pets, must check in at the airline counter in the departure airport.

Discover more details about Vueling check-in methods here.

Vueling online check-in

Online check-in is available from up to 4 hours prior to scheduled departure and makes it possible for passengers to select a seat and print their boarding pass or get it on their mobile phone (check the availability of mobile check-in in the airport you are departing from). Online check-in for Vueling is provided here.

Mobile self-check-in

From up to 4 hours before departure, you can check in, choose your seat, and get your boarding pass via your smartphone or tablet. It is important to check the availability of mobile check-in in the departure airport.

A paper boarding pass can be collected at a check-in machine (if located in the departure airport) or at the airline check-in counter, in case something malfunctions with your mobile boarding pass. This is additionally possible in the event your phone has difficulties, or your boarding pass is deleted.

Vueling flight check-in machines

These machines make it possible for you to check in yourself at the airport. Make sure check-in machines are accessible in the airport you are departing from prior to your flight. With most types of check-in machines, you are able to check in using your passport, or by inputting your last name and the flight booking reference (found in your booking confirmation).

Airline check-in deadlines

To keep flights on time, check-in deadlines are vital. Prior to the deadline you should have your boarding pass, regardless of how you checked in – in person, online, with your mobile phone, or if you were automatically checked in – and baggage must also have been checked in.
